At Work

Heaps and Piles

Digging for goodies. You never know what will offer itself as part of a whole.

 Treasures!

Grinding

Grinding is physically exhausting and loud (and hurts so good, when little pieces of fire embed on your head and elsewhere), but smooth transitions matter, so ideas can traverse effortlessly from object to observer, without getting hung up on aesthetics.

 Cutting

Nothing like the hissing sound of good cutting action. Keeping the torch tip at the right distance from the work piece, as well as moving in rhythm with the best penetration (yeah!), can take me somewhere else.

Welding

A good indicator of how I'm doing, is how work flows, in sounds, sights, and movements.
